STATE LIBRARY FOR BLIND (EXCERPT) Act 127 of 1959 397.492 State library for blind; administration, rules and regulations. Sec.
2.The state board for libraries shall have full power to administer this library, determine standards of operation, and make rules and regulations that will best serve both Braille and talking book readers.
