STATE LIBRARY FOR BLIND (EXCERPT) Act 127 of 1959 397.491 State library for blind; transfer to state board for libraries. Sec.
1.The state library for the blind, located at the employment institution for the blind at Saginaw, is hereby placed under the jurisdiction of the state board for libraries.
