FREE PUBLIC LIBRARIES (EXCERPT) Act 115 of 1899 397.453 Free libraries; annual report to state board of library commissioners. Sec.
3.It shall be the duty of all free libraries organized under the laws of the state, whether general or special, to make an annual report to the board of library commissioners, which report shall conform as near as may be reasonable and convenient, as to time and form such rules as the board may prescribe.
