TRANSFER OF CITY PUBLIC LIBRARIES (EXCERPT) Act 181 of 1973 397.233 Conveyance of library property to other governing body. Sec.
3.The governing body of the city may convey the property of such library to the governing body of another governmental unit for use of the property for library purposes.
