TRANSFER OF CITY PUBLIC LIBRARIES (EXCERPT) Act 181 of 1973 397.232 Operation and maintenance of library by governing body of city. Sec.
2.The governing body of the city may continue to operate and maintain the library in accordance with appropriate statutes of this state or the charter of that governmental unit.
