THE DISTRICT LIBRARY ESTABLISHMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 24 of 1989 397.189 Printing and providing ballots. Sec.

19.If 1 or more participating municipalities are school districts, the school district election coordinator of each participating school district shall provide for the printing of ballots for that school district. The school district election coordinator of the largest participating school district shall provide ballots for an election for board members or a districtwide tax for a participating municipality or part of a participating municipality located within a nonparticipating school district.
