STATE AID TO PUBLIC LIBRARIES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 89 of 1977 397.567 Compliance with certification requirements as qualification for state aid. Sec.
17.A cooperative library and public library shall conform to certification requirements for personnel as established by the department in order to qualify for state aid.
