PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATOR LICENSURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 285 of 1965 338.851 Violation; penalty. Sec.
31.A licensee, manager, or employee of a licensee who violates this act or a rule promulgated under this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
