PRIVATE SECURITY BUSINESS AND SECURITY ALARM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 330 of 1968 338.1058 Application; signature and verification; contents; photographs; section inapplicable to private college security force. Sec. 8.

(1)Each applicant shall sign and verify the application. Each application shall contain at least all of the following:
(a)The name and principal address where the individual or business entity is located in this state.
(b)The address and location of any branch office of the business.
(c)The certificate of incorporation of the business, if applicable.
(2)Each applicant shall submit 2 passport quality photographs of the applicant with the application. If the applicant is a business entity, the resident manager of the business shall submit 2 passport quality photographs of himsel
