PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATOR LICENSURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 285 of 1965 338.848 Employment of agents; rules. Sec. 28.

(1)The department may employ such agents as are necessary to carry out and to enforce this act.
(2)The department may promulgate rules to enforce and administer this act pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
