PHARMACIES, DRUG STORES, AND APOTHECARY SHOPS (EXCERPT) Act 359 of 1927 338.482 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.
2.Any individual, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than 500 dollars and cost of prosecution.
