MICHIGAN PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATION REGULATORY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 370 of 2010 338.3745 Rules. Sec.

25.The department shall promulgate consistent and necessary rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, as considered necessary to implement this act.
