ASBESTOS WORKERS ACCREDITATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 440 of 1988 338.3408 Complaints of alleged violations; actions. Sec.

8.The department shall receive or initiate complaints of alleged violations of this act and shall take appropriate actions with respect to those alleged violations or complaints.
