STATE LICENSE FEE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 152 of 1979 338.2206 Late renewal fee. Sec.

6.The department shall charge a $20.00 late renewal fee if a person fails to renew a license or registration on or before the expiration date prescribed by the department by rule as authorized under the occupational code.
