STATE LICENSE FEE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 152 of 1979 338.2202 Definitions. Sec. 2. As used in this act:

(a)"Department" means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs.

(b)"Occupational code" means 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.101 to 339.2919.
