SECURITY ALARM SYSTEMS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 580 of 2012 338.2187 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec.
7.A person that violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 180 days or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both, for each violation.
