PRIVATE SECURITY BUSINESS AND SECURITY ALARM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 330 of 1968 338.1082 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.

32.Except as otherwise provided in this act, a licensee, manager, or employee of a licensee who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
