PRIVATE SECURITY BUSINESS AND SECURITY ALARM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 330 of 1968 338.1074 Compliance with labor laws. Sec.
24.Each sole proprietorship, partnership, firm, limited liability company, or corporation licensed and operating under the provisions of this act where there is an employer-employee relationship must comply with the state and federal laws applicable and must make written records and reports in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws.
