PRIVATE SECURITY BUSINESS AND SECURITY ALARM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 330 of 1968 338.1073 Trade names; approval. Sec.

23.No licensee shall use any designation or trade name which has not been first approved by the department, nor shall any licensee use any designation or trade name which implies any association with any municipal, county or state government or the federal government, or agency thereof.
