PRIVATE SECURITY BUSINESS AND SECURITY ALARM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 330 of 1968 338.1071 Violations of act; report of convictions. Sec.
21.The prosecuting attorney of the county in which any conviction for a violation of any provision of this act shall, within 10 days thereafter, make and file with the department a report showing the date of such conviction, the name of the person convicted and the nature of the charge.
