FORENSIC POLYGRAPH EXAMINERS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 295 of 1972 338.1723 Transcripts and records of proceedings before board; motion for rehearing. Sec. 23.

(1)The board shall provide for the transcribing and recording of all proceedings before the board and shall furnish a transcript of the record to any party affected by the proceedings upon payment of the costs for the transcript.

(2)In any case involving the denial, suspension or revocation of a license, a copy of the board's report shall be served upon the respondent by the board, either personally or by registered or certified mail as provided in this act for service of notice of hearing. If the respondent orders and pays for a transcript of the record within the time for filing a motion for rehearing, the 20-day period within which a motion may be filed shall commence upon the delivery of the transcript to the respondent.
