CHLOROFLUOROCARBON COMPOUNDS (EXCERPT) Act 384 of 1976 336.107 Noncompliance as misdemeanor; penalty; jurisdiction. Sec.
7.A person who fails to comply with a rule of the department made under this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $10,000.00 and in the discretion of the court an additional amount of not more than $2,000.00 per day a violation continues. The circuit court of the county in which the violation occurred has exclusive jurisdiction.
