MEDICAL CENTER COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 154 of 1949 331.604 Medical commission; district boundaries, development plan. Sec.

4.The commission shall establish the boundaries of the district and shall draw up a development plan, subject to the approval of the local planning commission, if any, and of the local legislative body. The commission shall administer the plan for the district and shall be responsible for its effectuation.
