PUBLIC HOSPITALS (EXCERPT) Act 350 of 1913 331.152 Referendum; election procedure, ballots. Sec.
2.Said election shall be held at the usual places in such county for the election of county officers, the vote to be canvassed in the same manner as that for county officers. The ballots to be used at any election at which the said question is submitted shall be printed with a statement substantially as follows: Shall the county of ............... establish a county hospital in accordance with the terms of Act No. 350 of the Public Acts of 1913, as amended? Yes [ ] No [ ]
