MEDICAL CENTER COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 154 of 1949 331.603 Medical commission; creation. Sec.

3.Any city or incorporated village, meeting the requirements of this act, is hereby authorized to create by ordinance a commission with power to accomplish the purposes of this act.
