HOSPITALS AND SANATORIA (EXCERPT) Act 109 of 1945 331.212 Transfer of hospital control to board of trustees. Sec.
12.Any hospital now owned by a county may be transferred by the board of supervisors of said county to the control of a board of trustees created under this act, and thereafter maintained and operated under the provisions of this act.
