PUBLIC HOSPITALS (EXCERPT) Act 350 of 1913 331.165 Insanity; examination room. Sec.

15.The said board of trustees shall at all times provide a suitable room for the detention and examination of all persons who are brought before the commissioners of insanity for such county: Provided, That such public hospital is located at the county seat.
