PUBLIC HOSPITALS (EXCERPT) Act 350 of 1913 331.159 Annual appropriation. Sec.

9.In counties exercising the rights conferred by this act the board of supervisors may appropriate each year in addition to tax for the original hospital construction, equipping and site a sum not exceeding 5% of its general fund for the improvement and maintenance of any public hospital so established.
