PUBLIC HOSPITALS (EXCERPT) Act 350 of 1913 331.158 State board of health; approval of building plans; bids, advertisement. Sec.

8.No hospital building shall be erected or constructed under the plans and specifications made therefor and adopted by the board of hospital trustees, until approved by the state board of health, and bids advertised for according to law for other county public buildings.
