AGREEMENTS FOR DISPOSITION OF DEAD HUMAN BODIES (EXCERPT) Act 70 of 1954 328.204 Applicability of act. Sec.

4.This act shall not apply to any agreements entered into pursuant to the prepaid funeral contract funding act after the effective date of the prepaid funeral contract funding act.
