HARBOR BEACH REFUGE (EXCERPT) Act 22 of 1929 317.242 Harbor Beach refuge; unlawful fishing. Sec.
2.It shall be unlawful for any person to take, catch or kill any fish of any kind, except minnows and carp in accordance with the law, within said harbor of refuge, except by spearing or by hook and line, while held in the hand or under the immediate control of such person.
