PROTECTION OF CERTAIN ANIMALS AND BIRDS IN VICINITY OF CITY PARK (EXCERPT) Act 406 of 1919 317.122 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.

2.Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than 100 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
