MICHIGAN GINSENG ACT (EXCERPT) Act 184 of 1994 290.771 Record of sale. Sec.

21.A grower, collector, or dealer shall not provide a purchaser with a record of sale for more ginseng than is actually sold or otherwise exchanged.
