STANDARD CLIMAX BASKETS, BASKETS, OR OTHER CONTAINERS (EXCERPT) Act 74 of 1917 290.134 Examination and test; compliance; determination by department. Sec.

4.The examination and test of climax baskets, baskets, or other containers for small fruits, berries, and vegetables, for the purpose of determining whether those baskets or other containers comply with the provisions of this act shall be made by the department of agriculture.
