AGRICULTURAL MARKETING AND BARGAINING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 344 of 1972 290.712 Revocation of accreditation. Sec. 12.
(1)To revoke the accreditation of an accredited association, the department shall employ a procedure similar to the accreditation procedure set forth in sections 8, 9, and 10. Subject to subsection (2), revocation of accreditation shall be considered by the department upon receipt of any of the following:
(a)A request from an accredited association for its own disaccreditation.
(b)A petition requesting that the accredited association be disaccredited and bearing the signatures of at least 1/3 of the producers in the bargaining unit who produce at least 1/3 of the bargaining unit production of the agricultural commodity exclusive of quantities contracted with processing coope
