AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES MARKETING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 232 of 1965 290.672 Interest on unpaid assessment. Sec.
22.If the assessment is not paid by the date specified by a committee as permitted under section 5(g), the unpaid assessment shall be subject to an interest charge of 1% per month.
