MOTOR FUELS QUALITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 44 of 1984 290.650c Stage I vapor control program; implementation. Sec. 10c. The director retains the authority to implement the stage I vapor control program in areas where it is determined necessary to attain or maintain national ambient air quality standards.
