WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 283 of 1964 290.632 Temporary restraining order; preliminary or permanent injunction. Sec.

32.The director is authorized to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order or a preliminary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provisions of this act or from conducting any commercial transaction that requires the use of a commercial weight or measure.
