BEANS (EXCERPT) Act 114 of 1965 290.561 Enforcement; reimbursement for costs. Sec.
11.The state department of agriculture or its agents shall enforce this act. The commission shall reimburse the department for costs incurred by the department in such enforcement. Such funds received by the department are hereby appropriated for the department's use.
