BEANS (EXCERPT) Act 114 of 1965 290.556 Michigan bean commission; election of chairman, treasurer, and other officers; appointment and compensation of executive secretary. Sec.
6.The commission shall elect each year a chairman, a treasurer, and other officers it deems advisable. The commission, as often as it deems advisable, shall appoint an executive secretary and fix his compensation.
