WHOLESALE POTATO DEALERS (EXCERPT) Act 158 of 1964 290.457 Records; examination. Sec.
7.A licensee shall keep accurate accounts and records of all transactions as a wholesale potato dealer and shall retain them, subject to the examination of the director, for a period of 3 years after their respective events.
