STATE POTATO INDUSTRY COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 29 of 1970 290.427 Enforcement; reimbursement for costs; appropriation. Sec.
7.Employees and agents of the department shall enforce the provisions of this act. The commission shall reimburse the department for costs incurred by the department in holding referenda, reviewing petitions, and enforcing this act. The funds received by the department are appropriated for the department's use.
