STANDARD GRADES OF NAVAL STORES (EXCERPT) Act 57 of 1925 290.305 Violation of act; penalty. Sec.
5.Whoever violates any provisions of law relating to the selling, offering or exposing for sale, or advertising of naval stores by manufacturers or distributors thereof, shall be fined not more than 50 dollars, and for each subsequent offense shall be fined not less than 50 dollars, nor more than 100 dollars, or imprisoned not less than 30 days, nor more than 90 days, or both.
