WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT (EXCERPT) Act 283 of 1964 290.606 State director of weights and measures; deputy; inspectors. Sec.

6.The director by virtue of his or her office shall be state director of weights and measures during his or her term of office. His or her deputy shall be deputy director of weights and measures, and all inspectors appointed by the director shall be state inspectors and sealers of weights and measures.
