MARKET CONDITIONS (EXCERPT) Act 91 of 1915 285.39 Violation of act; misdemeanor. Sec.

9.Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state.
