MICHIGAN EXPOSITION AND FAIRGROUNDS AUTHORITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 361 of 1978 285.165 Control vested in authority. Sec.

5.The control of all land and other property held or acquired by this state or its people for the purpose of holding and conducting agricultural and industrial fairs and exhibitions is vested in the authority.
