DRIVER EDUCATION PROVIDER AND INSTRUCTOR ACT (EXCERPT) Act 384 of 2006 256.671 Reports; maintenance; format; manner; availability; failure to comply; duration. Sec. 51.

(1)The secretary of state may require that information, a record, or any document required to be maintained under this act be maintained in a format and manner prescribed by the secretary of state.
(2)The secretary of state may prescribe the format, manner, and deadline for filing a report with the secretary of state under this act. Except as otherwise provided in this act, the secretary of state shall notify a person required to file a report with the secretary of state of the applicable filing deadline. The secretary of state shall provide that notice not less than 15 days before the report is due, unless the secretary
