GARAGE KEEPER'S LIABILITY (EXCERPT) Act 391 of 1919 256.545 Contracts nullifying act; invalidity. Sec.
5.This act is hereby declared to be in the interest of public policy and no contract nullifying the provisions hereof shall be valid.
