MACKINAC BRIDGE AUTHORITY (EXCERPT) Act 214 of 1952 254.326 Contracts, books, maps; delivery to authority. Sec.
16.The state highway department shall transfer and deliver to the authority all contracts, books, maps, plans, papers and records or certified copies thereof, pertaining to the subjects and matters relating to the designing and construction of the bridge, and particularly all such records, maps and papers which may have been turned over to the state highway department under Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1947.
