BRIDGE ACROSS PORTAGE LAKE (EXCERPT) Act 181 of 1921 254.106 State highway commissioner and other officers; authority. Sec.
6.The state highway commissioner and other proper officers are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to do all acts or things necessary to carry out the purpose of this act.
